  1. Login to your instructor dashboard 
  2. Go to My Courses section
  3. Find the course and click Edit
  4. Find the Quiz and click it
  5. Go to course info and put the description of the quiz and click save & next.
  6. Click add question
  7. Go to Question Type menu and choose Single Choice quiz.
